Several people have asked me for access to the "raw" files for one of my Capital ships.

OK...assuming you know how to get ships into X2 starting with .bod files, here is a beta version of the Sulaco model I have ben using to explore GFX modding.  

Currently it has a full complement of hardpoints on the model (4 front guns, 6 turrets with 4 guns each).  The textures are nothing to get excited about, but everything works (including the rotating radar and sensor array).

The sample TShips entry is not intended to be balanced for general game play...so if you are serious about using this as a real X2 ship, you'll probably want to de-tune it some.

Also, you need to be aware that it will take a few seconds to load when you 1st fire it up, as it is a very big model with a fairly high poly count (around 7k).  However, once loaded, it fly's fine (at least on my system).

Enough disclaimers...I have to say that it is a blast to load up with max weapons and Reven's Gunnery script and go play with the Xenon & Khaak!
